We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at email@example.com. Depending on the reason for your return photos of the item may be required for our review. If your return is accepted, please send the item(s) to the return address on the package and provide us with the tracking number. As soon as we receive the tracking number indicating that your return is on its way, we are able to initiate a refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to carry out an exchange is similar to a return however the exchange would be for the same item of a different variant, or a similar item. Once the return item has a tracking number and it is provided to us we can initiate the replacement/exchange. In order to initiate an exchange both items must be of equal value. We cannot issue an exchange for an item of lesser or greater value. The only exception is if the two items are the same product but different size variants.
We will notify you once we’ve determined whether or not we can initiate a refund. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method upon our reception of the return tracking number. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Currently our "free shipping" option applies to all US orders of $50 value or greater.

We are working around the clock to manage the challenges presented by this global pandemic. Under normal circumstances Standard Economy shipping is 7-10 days. We also offer Expedited Shipping which is 2-4 days. International, Canadian and Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico orders are defaulted to Standard Economy shipping. Please note that additional charges may be placed on international orders depending on your countries trade agreement and taxes. All shipping times (globally) are calculated once the order has been fulfilled, not once the order has been placed. A tracking number will be provided as soon as the order has been fulfilled, at which point you can monitor the status of your parcel.
